Why Not Leni

Liberal Party 

• LP has been the vessel of the US into the country from the very start to exercise control over the country, conniving with Ninoy and eventually overthrowing Marcos in 1986. If we look at the geopolitical history of the US, they have always meddled with foreign and economic policies of countries such as Romania, Cuba, Afghanistan, Iraq, Nicaragua, Chile, the most recent being Ukraine. 
• Regarding the West Philippine Sea issue, I don’t like the way the US brokered the negotiation at the Arbitral Tribunal between Philippines “and” China.  In the end, the Philippines just wasted millions of dollars in the process and almost damaged its relationship with China, without obtaining any benefits as China did not honor the agreement because they did not participate in the negotiation in the first place. The US did not want to comment on this as it was obvious they screwed up. This also showed the US tendency of creating tensions between countries.  The Liberal Party (Leni and company) was insisting there was a valid agreement but of course, we all know now that this agreement is not enforceable as China did not agree to it from the start. When PRRD took over, they pressured him to enforce it with China. This is absurd, and they just put our country in a bad situation and possible war with China (para namang kaya nating lumaban!). PRRD, however, did the right thing by keeping the status quo and befriending China instead. BBM believes in diplomatic relations just like PRRD.  Ang nakakakasakit ng bangs, itong si Leni na maka-US ay gustong makipagmatigasan kay China dahil bakit daw ang Ukraine nakikipagmatigasan sa Russia - sinabi nya ito sa interview with Tito Boy last January (now we all know what happened after, binomba tuloy sila ng Russia!). 
• LP in the 1970’s/80’s – LP/Ninoy partnered with CPP-NPA (Joma Sison) to destabilize the Marcos administration so they could snatch the power. They were the root-cause of social unrest in those decades, including the bombing of Plaza Miranda and I think 20 more public bombings in Metro Manila which led Marcos to declare martial law to restore peace and order. Why was Ninoy in a hurry to overthrow Marcos is another long story I could share with you later but in summary they wanted him ousted because of Hacienda Luisita which Marcos ordered to be distributed to tenants/farmers as per original contract with the Philippine government. 
• LP and Cory ruled in 1986, and canceled all Marcos projects including the Bataan Nuclear Power Plant which was about to be operational at that time.  Ang mahal tuloy ng kuryente ngayon!  They partnered with oligarchs such as ABS-CBN in shaping stories to benefit them, and keep wealth and power within them by privatizing essential corporations such as Meralco, Petron.
• As mentioned earlier, the US interferes with the way we run our country for their own interest, and this is facilitated through the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). The CIA has 5-6 arms in the Philippines including Rappler and Vera Files (both are FB fact-checkers thats why if you are anti-leni in your FB posts, you probably have been restricted or banned already).  This is the reason why Rappler has always been Pro-LP/Pro-Leni and Anti-Duterte/Anti-BBM. This also explains why Rappler's CEO, Maria Ressa received a Nobel laurel in spite of her lack of any extra-special achievements worthy of this international award.

SUMMARY: LP is the vessel of America in interfering in our own economic and foreign policies, so they could serve their own interests. With the changing sphere of influence among US, China, Russia, we don’t want to be used as a pawn by any of these superpowers or we could end up like Ukraine (seriously!). LP also has a history of partnering with the leftists CPP-NPA which led the country to social unrest in the 70’s/80’s, and its leader, Ninoy used for his own interest to keep Hacienda Luisita which should have been distributed to the farmers in late 60’s. The Dilawan’s ruled the Philippines in darkness for the last 30 or so years, hiding the truth with the help of partner media and CIA, and making the lives of most Filipinos miserable in favor of a few oligarchs.  This led most Filipinos to hate LP (that’s why Dilawan changed to Pink and Leni ran as independent but we all know they are all Dilawan after all!). 

Leni Robredo

• She’s a US-puppet being the LP lead, and it is obvious she’s just being used by Dilawan politicians.  US would only choose someone who is controllable by them.  I don’t want a US puppet especially if that would risk the Philippines being placed in the middle of superpower contest between the US and China. Research shows China would overtake the US by 2025, and the US might have to prevent that.  Knowing US as proxy-war maker, it will not be surprising if they are already marinating a war between China and another country most probably in southeast Asia to stall or slow down China's growth. 
• She lied before the UN just to destroy PRRD on the issue of EJK. For me, this is not acceptable as it is treasonous. As an OFW, I hate her for destroying the image of the country and the Filipinos. The Philippines has its own justice system which could handle the issues of EJK, so why did she have to go abroad and bad-mouth her country? She’s only after her own interest of destabilizing PRRD so she could increase her chances of replacing him. 
• She seems to have a weak understanding of foreign policies as shown by her stance on West Philippine Sea, and her speech before the UN in 2017 when she lied about PRRD's war against drugs which spread across economic and business communities around the world.  This is why she is a danger to the country.
• She spent 6 years attacking instead of helping the PRRD administration. Her political skills are very weak. She cannot be a good politician and good president if she doesn’t know how to influence powerful personalities in the government. 
• I don’t like her campaign strategy. It's all negative campaigning – all black propaganda against her opponents and very little on her own achievement. It's so disorganized that their messaging is confusing if not contradicting each other. 
• She has more academic diplomas than the other candidates but for me, they mean very little. If she’s really intelligent why was she not able to raise her credibility in the last 6 years? Why was she unable to even raise her survey ratings for the last 6 months? 
• So many lies in their campaigns – edited drone shots, exaggerated crowd numbers, disqualifying BBM for non-filing of ITR when it's not a ground for disqualification, making an issue of estate tax when it’s not an issue, using the Catholic church/desecrating religion, and so many other things, including cancel-culture, that made me dislike them, even more, each day. 
• She has a weak and dumb image – that’s why people are making fun of her, she’s got so many interview bloopers, the Hadouken, the Judo, the Miss Universe crown, etc.  She’s making a clown out of herself.  Just imagine a country being run by her. Sobrang delikado yun!

SUMMARY: There is nothing in Leni that would make me want her to be the next leader of the country in this even more complex, post-pandemic world. She may be soft and motherly, but we are looking for a president, not a saint!  She exhibited the OPPOSITE traits of a good leader based on her performance as Vice President.  She has a weak grasp of local and international politics.  Her election campaign revolves around mudslinging her opponents and spreading lies and deceptions. 

BBM is the most qualified among all the presidential candidates. He has a wealth of experience having been a governor, congressman, and senator for the last 30 years, a good statesman and very intelligent as well. He understands local issues and possesses skills to handle local and international politics.  He never resorts to negative-campaigning.  He never criticizes other politicians which could divide people. He is the real epitome of kindness. I believe in his sincerity on his platforms and dreams for the country.  Last but not the least, he would be the first majority president since 1986 and this means unity among political parties and Filipinos and less stress in the next 6 years!
